How are my items packaged for shipping?
All trading cards are placed in sleeves and top loaders and are then wrapped in cardboard and placed in a padded bubble envelope. Comics are boarded and bagged, wrapped in cardboard and because they are so delicate, I use 2 padded bubble envelopes to ship them.
When will my items be shipped?
I personally take everything to the Post Office at 3:30 every weekday. Items purchased on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Mondays. I record Tracking Numbers for every item sold and check daily for deliveries to ensure my customers have received their packages.
What if my item is damaged or lost in shipping?
Each package is automatically insured for $100.00 through USPS. If you purchase an item for more than $100.00, West Coast Cards and Comics insures it for the amount you paid at no additional cost to my customers.
Will I receive a packing slip with my order?
Yes, I provide one with every order. I also include a business card that has my company email address, phone number and mailing address.
Is your website the only place I can buy cards from you?
Absolutely not!! You’ll find items on eBay (mainly cards) that aren’t on this website. I’ve been a seller on eBay since May 2024. My seller level has always been Above Standard, my Transaction Defect Rate, Late Shipment Rate, Cases Closed without Seller Resolution and Return Rate are all 0%. My Tracking Uploaded on Time and Validated is 100% and only changes if the carrier doesn’t scan the item on time.
What days and times do you sell on Whatnot?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days for the following reasons:
1. The item arrived damaged.
2. The wrong item was sent.
3. What you purchased doesn’t match the description or photos.
